The business uses long lasting PVC covered foam shapes which are made by a reputable bouncy castle manufacturer and we hire on a daily, or weekly basis to the client. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we realise the value in keeping our clients happy. To this end we promise:-

1. We will turn up on time and be polite at all times.
2. Cancellation fees will only be charged if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the hire period start time when half the orignal hire charge will be rquired.
3. We will always accommodate our clients time table where ever possible.
